Mums and Bubs
Mums and Bubs pilates is a great way to
re-gain muscle strength and tone following the birth of your baby. In these classes, your abdominal muscle activation will be monitored to ensure you optimise exercises and enhance recovery. Babies are welcome in the Pilates classes so no babysitter required.
